EPM Scientific are currently partnered with a Pharmaceutical company running a global clinical program in Dermatology. They are urgently seeking an experienced Associate Director, Clinical Operations to support their expanding Clinical Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for global clinical trials across multiple phases.
- Ensure trial execution according to timelines, budget, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines.
- Oversee CROs, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of clinical activities.
- Drive study planning including protocol review, risk mitigation strategies, and operational timelines.
- Lead cross-functional team meetings and maintain strong communication channels with senior leadership.
- Support inspection readiness and ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement process improvements across clinical programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- Strong clinical operations experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry (7+ years preferred).
- Proven track record in leading global clinical trials and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in Oncology or other complex therapeutic areas is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
