EPM Scientific have partnered exclusively with a true market leader in the high-performance polymers and specialty chemicals industry who are looking to add dynamic Key Account Managers to their UK team. This role is ideal for individuals with a robust understanding of the specialty chemicals sector and an enthusiasm for polyamide products.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining and expanding client relationships within the industrial applications & consumer goods & automotive space.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Leverage expertise in chemistry and sales acumen to meet clients' needs effectively.
  • Cultivate deep knowledge about polyamides used across various applications like plastics.
  • Analyse market trends to position our product offerings strategically against competitors.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Demonstrable experience managing complex sales cycles from initiation through closure.
  • Chemistry Background: A solid foundation or keen interest in learning more about chemical components, particularly polyamides.
  • Knowledge of the plastics industry/experience in injection molding and plastic part design.
  • Strong ENGLISH communication skills (verbal & written), other European languages a plus.
  • Full driving licence as company car is provided.
  • Although this is a remote position, you must be based & live in the United Kingdom.
