We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and personable Office Manager to ensure the smooth, efficient, and compliant running of our UK office. This is a central role supporting colleagues across administration, facilities management, HR coordination, and operational processes. You will act as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and external partners, helping to maintain a supportive, safe, and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring a safe, functional, and well‑maintained workspace.
- Maintain supplier relationships, service contracts, warranties, building maintenance schedules, and office insurance.
- Ensure compliance with UK health & safety, fire safety, and all relevant workplace regulations.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes in partnership with HR.
- Act as a friendly, reliable point of contact for office‑related queries from staff.
- Help coordinate team social events and initiatives that support a positive workplace culture.
- Manage office expenditure, purchase orders, reimbursements, and invoice processing in line with finance policies.
- Review invoices, cross‑check against purchase/work orders, and raise discrepancies as needed.
- Provide high‑level administrative support to managers and visiting executives.
