About the Role

We are supporting a global pharmaceutical organisation in appointing a Change & Strategy Specialist to support the delivery of key commercial strategy and transformation initiatives. This role will focus on ensuring that strategic programmes are not only delivered, but successfully adopted across the organisation, driving alignment, engagement, and lasting behavioural change across global and regional teams. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into practical, people-focused change plans, acting as a key enabler of transformation across the commercial organisation.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Lead and support change management activities across strategic initiatives
  • Design and implement:
    • Stakeholder engagement plans
    • Communication strategies
    • Adoption and rollout frameworks
  • Monitor adoption and intervene to drive sustained behavioural change

Strategy Execution Support

  • Translate commercial strategy into clear, actionable change plans
  • Identify organisational impacts across:
    • Teams
    • Processes
    • Ways of working
  • Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and business adoption

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with stakeholders across:
    • Commercial / Brand Teams
    • Market Access & HEOR
    • Medical Affairs
    • Regional / Affiliate teams
  • Build buy-in and manage resistance to change across functions

Transformation Delivery

  • Support delivery of key initiatives such as:
    • Commercial operating model evolution
    • Go-to-market strategy changes
    • Digital / data transformation programmes
  • Work closely with programme and project teams to ensure change is embedded effectively

Communication & Training

  • Develop and deliver:
    • Internal communications
    • Training materials and workshops
    • Enablement tools for teams
  • Ensure transformation is understood, actionable, and adopted across the business

Experience Required

  • Experience within pharmaceutical or biotech environments
  • Proven background in:
    • Change management
    • Commercial transformation
    • Strategy execution
  • Experience supporting cross-functional, global programmes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across matrix organisations
  • Background in consulting or transformation roles highly desirable
