What your day will look like:
- The Head of Global Tax is responsible for overseeing the company's global tax strategy and compliance.
- This leadership role involves managing a team, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations, and developing tax planning strategies to optimise the company's tax position.

- Manage tax audits and disputes with tax authorities.

- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company.
- Prepare and review tax provision calculations and financial statement disclosures.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the tax function.

Team Leadership:

What you need to fulfill the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- German native speaker.
- CPA, CTA, or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in global tax management or a similar role from an international company environment.
- Profound knowledge of transfer pricing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
