What your day will look like:
- Achieve revenue targets on your territory by contacting clients, managing the sales cycle, and closing it.
- Work closely with the Presales team to assess prospect requirements and develop technical & commercial proposals.
- Proactively manage and nurture existing customers.
- Work alongside the marketing team in support of outbound campaigns and other marketing/lead generation initiatives.
What you need to fulfill the role:
- Outgoing, outcome-driven and results-oriented, with high energy and drive.
- Hungry to deliver results and possess a hunter mentality.
- Persuasive with high networking and negotiation skills.
- A 'can do attitude' and ability to work autonomously and step out of your comfort zone.
- Customer-focused, constantly following up and motivating clients with a positive, flexible and problem-solving attitude, prepared to travel.
- Fluent in English.
- Construction background is not mandatory, but it is an obvious plus.
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience for SAAS Solutions.
Recruitment process: After a discussion with HR/Recruitment in English, you will meet your future manager, then you will argue around a case study with your future team. When successful, you will meet the Head of Sales. We are targeting a fast recruitment process (from 2 to 3 weeks max).
