We are partnered with a high-growth Insurtech that is transforming how insurers underwrite, price risk, and manage portfolios. Backed by top-tier global investors, the business is scaling rapidly across enterprise carriers and MGAs.
This is a customer-facing, sales-led Solution Architect role — ideal for someone who loves shaping narratives, running tailored demos, and helping buyers clearly see value, while still being technically credible.
The role involves working closely with Sales as a trusted technical and domain partner, helping prospects understand what is possible and why it matters. This is not a pure engineering role — it is about combining strong insurance knowledge, commercial instincts, and enough technical depth to confidently design solutions and demos.
What you will do:
- Partner with Sales on discovery, solutioning, and deal progression
- Design and deliver tailored demos aligned to customer workflows and pain points
- Configure demo environments to reflect real underwriting, rating, and portfolio use cases
- Translate insurance processes into clear, compelling platform stories
- Support technical validation, RFPs, and security discussions where needed
- Work with Product and Engineering to feedback customer insights and objections
- Help evolve demo assets, playbooks, and pre-sales best practices as the team scales
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or sales engineering within insurance or enterprise SaaS
- Sales-oriented mindset — comfortable influencing deals and engaging senior stakeholders
- Solid understanding of insurance workflows (P&C, Specialty, MGA, Commercial, etc.)
- Technically comfortable, including basic scripting/light coding (not production engineering)
- Understanding APIs and how systems integrate
- Confident communicator who can bridge business and technology
- Experience in fast-growth or early-stage software environments is a plus
Why this role:
- Join a category-defining AI Insurtech with real traction
- Strong collaboration with Sales, Product, and Leadership
- Competitive compensation and meaningful equity
- Opportunity to help shape the pre-sales function as the company scales
