We’re a fast-growing, Y Combinator–backed startup transforming marketing compliance and risk management through AI. Our category-defining platform is used by legal, compliance, marketing, and sales teams at leading global companies. Over the past 12 months, we’ve grown 8x in both revenue and customer count. We’re hiring our first AE in the UK to build and lead our EMEA new business motion. This is a rare opportunity to own the region from day one - driving new business (80%) while expanding existing enterprise accounts (20%).
You’ll have a proven track record of generating and closing complex deals across both enterprise and mid-market, owning the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to close, and executing strategic growth within existing accounts. Success in this role depends on your ability to engage credibly with legal and compliance stakeholders, understand regulatory workflows, and sell consultatively in complex environments. This is a high-autonomy, outbound-heavy role suited to a senior seller who has already succeeded in legal or legaltech sales.
What You’ll Do- Own and build the EMEA territory from the ground up
- Run the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close (limited inbound initially)
- Sell into legal, compliance, and risk teams at mid-market and enterprise companies
- Close: Mid-market deals (3 - 6 months, ~£50k–£70k ACV) Enterprise deals (6 - 12 months, up to ~£300k ACV)
- Position AI-driven compliance technology through consultative, value-based selling
- Build trusted relationships with senior legal and compliance decision-makers
- Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to refine GTM strategy
- Represent the company at relevant legal, compliance, and industry events
