Job Summary
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth. The role will partner with expert teams to develop social strategies, create and optimize content, and execute paid campaigns that build brand awareness, engage priority audiences, and convert social engagement into web leads and measurable demand-generation outcomes.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Convert Engagement into Measurable Demand: Develop and execute strategies that transform social media engagement into business results, including form fills, web traffic, marketing-qualified leads, and pipeline contribution.
- Integrate Social into Campaign Strategy: Partner with brand, demand generation, communications, and solution marketing teams to ensure social media is fully integrated into campaign planning and execution.
- Support Epiq AI and ALSP Market Positioning: Apply knowledge of the legal services, technology, and AI markets to develop social media programs that elevate awareness and engagement for Epiq AI and Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) offerings.
- Lead Social Media Enablement and Best Practices: Create and deliver training, resources, and communication programs that educate employees and stakeholders on social media engagement best practices and increase participation across the organization.
- Provide Strategic Market Insight: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, audience behavior, and emerging social platforms to identify opportunities that strengthen Epiq's market presence and thought leadership.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with marketing teams and internal subject matter experts to develop high-quality content tailored for social audiences, including thought leadership, solution updates, client stories, podcasts, events, and industry insights.
- Campaign Management and Optimization: Monitor performance data, define campaign-specific goals, optimize content and channel strategy, and make actionable recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and lead-generation results.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in marketing or advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to connect social media engagement to measurable actions such as form fills, web leads, content downloads, event registrations, and other lead-generation outcomes.
