Job Summary

The Senior Consultant is responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients within the organization. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills to ensure successful client satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and solutions to clients to ensure high‑quality results.
  • Develop and implement consulting plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather consulting requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor consulting progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on consulting status.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

  • Required: Minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience in providing expert advice and solutions to clients.
  • Preferred: Experience in Legal Technology products such as InTapp (ideal), iManage Work, NetDocuments, Krystal DMS, LogicalDoc or similar.
  • Experience working with a Legal Services provider or in house within a legal environment or financial services environment or similar.
