We are actively seeking Insurance Lawyers to support our Fortune 500 client on legal matters across their Marine, Aviation, Energy, Construction, and Credit lines.

Credentials:
- 3+ years of relevant insurance legal experience.
- Experience in UK insurance regulatory matters.
- Strong understanding of agency law and distribution models in insurance.
- Experience drafting and reviewing complex insurance agreements.
- Knowledge of specialty insurance lines a plus.
- Track record of successful collaboration in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.
Support our F500 corporate client with the following:
- Draft and review various agreements including: Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA) agreements, Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs), Facility Agreements, Claims Handling Agreements, Binding Agreements.
- Provide counsel on agency and distribution issues and associated legal areas.
- Support the Global Specialty Legal team on day-to-day matters.
- Advise on legal and regulatory requirements affecting specialty insurance lines.
