A great opportunity has arisen for the recruitment of UK Home-Based Transcribers to work on a self-employed basis for Epiq, a global leader in the Legal Services industry.
As a Home-Based Transcriber you will be responsible for the accurate and timely production of high quality, verbatim transcripts from audio/video files in accordance with Epiq Style Guidelines and contractual/client-driven delivery deadlines.
If you are a fast, accurate typist with experience in legal multi-speaker transcription, excellent English language skills and strong attention to detail who enjoys variety and is looking for flexibility, then you are the perfect fit for this role.
You will be computer literate with access to a PC/laptop where Microsoft’s Bitlocker encryption software can be installed and have a fast broadband internet connection, Microsoft Word, good quality headphones, an Infinity foot pedal and transcription software to play audio.
