We are actively seeking FinTech Lawyers with the following qualifications:

  • 3-12 years post qualification experience.
  • Qualified solicitor as a UK solicitor or equivalent EU/overseas.
  • Understanding of and ability to advise on transactional and regulatory matters related to digital assets, including cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency lending, Non-Fungible Tokens, and decentralized finance.
  • Experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts related to digital assets and blockchain products.
  • Skilled in conducting legal research on the latest developments in cryptocurrency and blockchain regulations.
  • Right to work in the UK and eligibility to practice as a lawyer in the UK.
  • Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.
