We are actively seeking UK based lawyers with the following qualifications:
- Qualified to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales preferred, other equivalent qualifications will be considered.
- Minimum of 3+ years of legal experience in commercial contracting.
- Excellent credentials, with a background in an in-house environment preferred.
- Substantive experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts such as supply chain/logistics agreements, master service agreements, manufacturing agreements, technology agreements, vendor agreements, nondisclosure agreements, licensing agreements, etc.
- Experience supporting global clients and partnering with and advising business units directly, providing guidance and practical solutions.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, interface directly with clients, and complete time-sensitive work product quickly.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal business clients, support staff, external resources, and other collaborators.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and function independently without extensive supervision.
