Overview
In this role you will guide clients in the defensible use of analytics, machine learning, and generative AI across eDiscovery workflows. You will act as a client-facing expert across cross-functional teams, shaping workflows and configurations to meet legal objectives. You will translate complex concepts into clear business terms, ensuring delivery is efficient, defensible, and aligned with client goals. Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert on advanced analytics, TAR, and AI in eDiscovery and document review
- Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to capture objectives, data challenges, and timelines
- Design defensible workflows using TAR 1.0/2.0, active learning, AI-assisted classification, and privilege/early case assessment
- Build, manage, and refine analytics and AI models across Relativity, Epiq AI, Reveal AI, and similar platforms
- Develop prompts, instructions, and model guidance for generative AI and LLM tools to ensure quality and defensibility
- Advise on use cases, limitations, risks, and QC measures for AI-enabled review workflows
- Explain statistical concepts, validation methods, and metrics to diverse audiences
- Oversee eDiscovery lifecycle activities including data processing, review, production, and defensibility
- Produce protocols, technical responses, and client-ready explanations of approaches and results
- Mentor colleagues and transfer knowledge to support repeatable and scalable delivery
- Support business development with demonstrations, presentations, and thought leadership
Key requirements
- 5+ years of client-facing experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related field
- Hands-on experience with Relativity Server and/or RelativityOne and admin of review databases
- Experience with TAR, active learning, analytics, ML, or generative AI in legal contexts
- Strong understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle and defensibility considerations
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into client-ready guidance
- Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and core productivity tools
