Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing and overseeing the administrative operations within the organization. This role ensures accurate and timely processes, resolves issues, and supports the team. The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the system and supporting the organization's operations.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily administrative activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies and issues promptly.
  • Provide guidance and support to the administrative team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with finance, sales, and customer service teams to improve administrative processes.
  • Regularly review administrative data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Generate and present administrative reports to management.
  • Ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance administrative efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to administrative tasks.
  • Train and mentor junior administrative staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles. Experience in a senior or supervisory role is preferred.
