We are actively seeking Tech Lawyers with the following credentials:
- 3+ years’ post‑qualification experience.
- Qualified to practice as a UK solicitor or equivalent EU/overseas qualification.
- Law degree from a Russell Group university or other bachelor’s degree with a law conversion course.
- Experience drafting and negotiating technology‑focused commercial agreements including purchasing agreements, collaboration agreements, and sponsorship agreements, informed by familiarity with intellectual property issues and data privacy compliance.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally and advise a variety of business units on legal issues and risk.
- Background or interest in advancing innovative technology initiatives in areas such as science, climate and sustainability, and education technology, with experience supporting AI research or deployment efforts (preferred).
