We are actively seeking a B2B Transactional Lawyer to support our client, a major e-commerce brand in the tech industry, for a 12-month fixed term contract. This near-term position is hybrid (3 days per week onsite) out of our client’s office in London.
- 6-10+ years’ post‑qualification experience, with a focus on commercial contracts.
- Qualified to practice as a UK solicitor or equivalent EU/overseas qualification.
- Law degree or other bachelor’s degree with a law conversion course.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in-office attendance in Central London, Zone 1.
- Strong transactional background, with substantial experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing complex commercial agreements, ideally involving technology, e-commerce, or platform businesses.
- Prior exposure to the technology and/or travel and leisure industries, preferred.
Support the B2B transactional team on all BAU matters including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, marketing, technology, and other complex B2B arrangements such as white-label partner arrangements. Provide advice to business, product, and tech teams on commercial, regulatory, marketing, and other relevant legal issues.
