Epiq Counsel is partnering with a globally recognized technology company to support its in-house Global Privacy Legal Team. This role is ideal for a privacy-focused paralegal who enjoys working at the intersection of privacy, legal operations, and technology within a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of clear, scalable privacy guidance across the business.
- Organize and maintain internal privacy guidance and playbooks (Confluence, SharePoint).
- Help structure and standardize privacy content to improve usability and AI-readiness.
- Monitor and triage a centralized privacy inbox and workflow tickets.
- Track requests, assist with reporting, and support continuous process improvement.
- Partner closely with privacy counsel and cross-functional stakeholders globally.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in a legal, privacy, or compliance in-house environment.
- Exposure to privacy, technology, or regulatory matters.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working with Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA, and Microsoft Office.
- Clear communicator with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to support a hybrid role requiring three days onsite in Islington-based office.
