Responsibilities
- Design learning experiences that drive engagement and growth: blended learning, digital pathways, simulations, and performance support resources.
- Translate business priorities, SME input, and complex concepts into clear, engaging learner experiences.
- Apply storytelling, learner psychology, and modern learning practices to improve engagement, adoption, and retention.
- Leverage AI‑enabled tools to improve scalability, personalization, learner support, and development speed.
- Partner with HRBPs, leaders, SMEs, and cross‑functional teams to co‑create impactful learning experiences.
- Use design thinking and learner insights to identify pain points and create scalable capability solutions.
- C curate and maintain learning pathways across Workday Learning, Career Hub, LinkedIn Learning, and internal learning platforms.
- Contribute to project planning, prioritization, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple initiatives.
- Monitor learner engagement, feedback, and adoption insights to improve learning effectiveness and experience quality.
