As a Business Development Representative, you’ll build relationships, generate and cultivate business leads, and set on‑site appointments for the outside sales team. You’ll also be responsible for achieving quota on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct cold outreach and respond to warm leads via phone, email, and social media.
  • Identify target accounts, prepare for outreach, prospect, and hand off qualified prospects to sales.
  • Engage mid‑size to large companies, including C‑Level executives.
  • Deliver qualifying leads and cultivate new prospects to enable sales to meet revenue objectives.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly scorecard metrics such as calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities, and deals.
  • Research markets for follow‑up by Territory Managers in the field.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our applications, value proposition, and differentiation to enhance conversations.
  • Enter relevant data into the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

What You’ll Need:

  • Active Swedish or Finnish language proficiency.
  • Excellent phone voice, manner, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to answer prospects’ and customers’ questions about the company, products, services, and implementation.
  • Leadership experience and a desire to move into future leadership roles.
  • Preferred telephone sales or solution‑selling experience in the software industry.
  • Prior experience cultivating and managing existing leads through preliminary sales stages.
  • Track record of attaining quota goals.
