About the role: We have a range of services covering the length and breadth of the UK, delivered by our dedicated staff and volunteers. You’ll be stepping into the role of team leader becoming the driving force behind the day-to-day delivery of our award-winning UK-wide helpline providing tailored support to people living with epilepsy!
The team provides support on a range of topics, from medication and wellbeing, driving to education/employment. They support people living with epilepsy themselves as well as parents and carers via multiple channels. You'll be at the forefront of touching lives and making a difference.
As part of our dynamic services department, your mission will be to:
- Lead and inspire a team empowering them to deliver exceptional support.
- Ensure that our services consistently meet the highest quality standards, leaving a positive impact on every individual we serve.
- Forge strong partnerships with stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring our services resonate with diverse communities across the UK.
- Play a pivotal role in crafting innovative service proposals and supporting funding applications to bring our vision to life.
At Epilepsy Action we recognise the power of collaboration and teamwork, so our team members with hybrid contracts are required to work a minimum of 40% of their time at our office in Yeadon, Leeds. On average this is 2 days a week on Mondays and Thursdays, for full-time employees.
