We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our quirky coffee and wine shop. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating a welcoming atmosphere, enjoys working closely with a small team, and has a passion for great coffee, quality wine, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the coffee and wine shop
- Create, manage, and maintain staff rotas
- Monitor stock levels and complete ordering
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards
- Manage bookings and customer enquiries
- Support and train staff in café and barista duties
- Maintain high service standards and a warm, friendly environment
