The Territory Manager is responsible for selling Epicor products to prospects in a specific territory. Manages sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Participates in the development, presentation, and sales propositions. Negotiates pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage a sales territory, vertical, and/or geographical area.
  • Qualify opportunities to maximize leads.
  • Plan and implement sales campaigns.
  • Coordinate with solution sales and professional services teams.
  • Contribute ideas and participate in marketing events.
  • Understand the business requirements of prospects and customers.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
  • Manage the short and medium-term pipeline.
  • Maintain relationships with third parties.
  • Update and maintain CRM data and perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for the assigned territory.
  • Some travel is expected to support sales efforts.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Experience selling to business, technical, and IT audiences at multiple levels.
  • Knowledge of business applications (ERP, Supply Chain, CRM).
  • Background in ERP markets and business is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly qualify opportunities and identify key strategic positions for new projects.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management in target markets.
