The Human Resources Analyst will assist the HR team in aligning business objectives with employee and management needs in designated business functions.

Join our dynamic team in Bracknell! This is a full-time, permanent hybrid position, offering the perfect balance of three days in the office and two days working from home. Embrace the flexibility and be part of an innovative environment where your contributions truly matter.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support Senior HRBP in initiatives, solutions, programs and policies
  • Work closely with HRIS and HROps teams on onboarding
  • Work with confidential data, ensure information in HR system is accurate and reliable
  • Support UK and Europe HR team with ad hoc project
  • Perform orientations and communicate initiatives to drive employee engagement.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Experience in international company. Possess business acumen with a sense of urgency, problem solving and critical thinking skills and fundamentals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to complete tasks on deadlines.
  • Experience with Workday(ATS)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel)

Qualifications

  • 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
