The Human Resources Analyst will assist the HR team in aligning business objectives with employee and management needs in designated business functions. Join our dynamic team in Bracknell! Duties & Responsibilities * Support Senior HRBP in initiatives, solutions, programs and policies * Work closely with HRIS and HROps teams on onboarding * Work with confidential data, ensure information in HR system is accurate and reliable * Support UK and Europe HR team with ad hoc project * Perform orientations and communicate initiatives to drive employee engagement. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Experience in international company. Possess business acumen with a sense of urgency, problem solving and critical thinking skills and fundamentals. * Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written communication. * Ability to work as part of a team. * Ability to complete tasks on deadlines. * Experience with Workday(ATS) * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel) Qualifications * 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge * Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
