Business Development Representative The Business Development Representative builds relationships, generates and cultivates business leads and sets onsite appointments for outside sales team. Responsible for achieving quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Bracknell office. What you will be doing: * Responds to interested prospects via phone, email, and social media. * Builds pipeline through outbound prospecting and hands off leads to sales. * Connects with mid-sized to large businesses, including C-level contacts. * Supports sales by qualifying leads and finding new prospects to drive revenue. * Meets set targets for calls, opportunities, and deals. * Conducts market research for Territory Managers. * Stays updated on products and value propositions for effective communication. * Maintains accurate CRM data entry. What we are looking for: * Preferred experience in telephone sales or solution selling within the software industry. If you\’ve got this background, you\’re already ahead! * Experience in managing and nurturing leads through the early stages of the sales pipeline is a big plus. We value those who can cultivate relationships and drive them towards success. * Proven track record in achieving quota goals. If you\’ve been involved in hitting targets and have the results to show for it, we want to hear from you. * 1-4 years of outbound call experience.
