As a Learning Experience Designer you will create modern, scalable learning experiences that strengthen leadership, onboarding, performance, career growth, and workforce capability across Epicor. This role combines experience design, storytelling, and modern learning practices to create engaging and practical learner experiences that drive business impact through AI enabled and human centred approaches.

What you will do:

  • Design blended learning experiences, digital pathways, simulations, and performance support resources.
  • Translate business priorities, SME input, and complex concepts into clear, engaging learner experiences.
  • Apply storytelling, learner psychology, and modern learning practices to improve engagement, adoption, and retention.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve scalability, personalization, learner support, and development speed.
  • Partner with HRBPs, leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to co-create impactful learning experiences.
  • Use design thinking and learner insights to identify pain points and create scalable capability solutions.
  • Curate and maintain learning pathways across Workday Learning, Career Hub, LinkedIn Learning, and internal learning platforms.
  • Contribute to project planning, prioritization, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple initiatives.
  • Monitor learner engagement, feedback, and adoption insights to improve learning effectiveness and experience quality.
