Field Marketing Principal

Epicor is looking for a strategic, commercially minded Field Marketing Principal to join our EMEA Field Marketing team based at our UK headquarters. This is an opportunity to lead high-impact marketing initiatives that directly influence pipeline growth, accelerate revenue, and strengthen our market presence across the UK & Ireland, while supporting a selection of countries across Europe.

You will design and execute integrated marketing strategies that connect with prospects at every stage of the buying journey. You will be given the autonomy to develop innovative campaigns, leverage digital and in-person experiences, collaborate across global marketing teams, and use data-driven insights to continually optimise performance.

This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives at bridging strategy and execution, someone who enjoys translating business priorities into measurable marketing programs that generate demand and deliver tangible commercial results.

Reporting to the EMEA Senior Field Marketing Manager, this role will be a trusted partner to regional sales leadership, sales, business development, product marketing, digital and corporate marketing. You will plan, prepare, execute, and measure ROI-oriented marketing activities and programs while working within the broader Epicor brand guidelines and corporate processes.
