This position is based in Epic\’s offices in Bristol, UK.
Our Travel team is vital in ensuring Epic employees are where we need to be across the country and the world in order to meet our customers\’ needs. Travel Assistants make sure trips for Epic employees run smoothly. Daily tasks include reviewing travel requests, preparing documentation for international travel, providing phone support to Epic customers on the main reception line, and working with hotels and rental car agencies. They also support a variety of internal projects within the team and the Epic Bristol office as a whole.
