What You'll Do
- Design and implement efficient pipeline systems for metahuman data capture and synthetic generation
- Collaborate with other pipeline TDs to solve complex technical challenges across multiple production workflows
- Create and maintain user-facing tools that streamline digital character creation processes
- Optimize computational workflows to improve performance and scalability of our metahuman infrastructure
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks through innovative technical solutions
What we're looking for
- Strong Python programming skills with experience building production-ready tools and systems
- 3+ years of experience in technical pipeline development for animation, games, or visual effects
- Proficiency with digital content creation tools such as Maya, with knowledge of rigging or animation pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to understand artist workflows and translate their needs into technical solutions
- Self-starter mentality with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience building user-facing tools with intuitive interfaces
- Familiarity with game engines (particularly Unreal Engine) is highly desirable
