What You’ll Do
Epic Games is searching for an ambitious, globally minded HR Partner, to work alongside our Senior HRP Lead within complex jurisdictions across Europe (including, but not limited to France, UK, Spain and Germany) and depending on expertise APAC, as well as support the continued growth of our Global HR Team across the business verticals, helping us in delivering a first class employee experience for our versatile businesses.
In this role, you will
- Support the Global HR team in various regional, compliance and works council requirements across Europe and APAC, and help hold a high bar as we grow and operate in a complex and global environment within a highly ambiguous environment.
- Create process documents and guides, in collaboration with legal, to further support the Global HRP Team to be successful navigating across complex European and APAC ER requirements.
- Support a medium size Business organization: Partnering closely with your assigned Senior Leads, coaching, advising and consulting to provide first class HR expertise for the team throughout the different employee lifecycle events and topics, including Performance Management, succession planning and ER challenges.
- Coach the team throughout different change management initiatives.
- Act as a local expert on ER challenges supporting your line managers and Global HR colleagues on challenging employee relations matters as they arise.
- Provide expertise guidance across our different policies and procedures, and help us take these processes to the next level with your ideas.
- Support defined People projects and help us work towards our strategic vision for the HR Partner team and partner closely with our COEs on topics like L&D, Compensation, Benefits, DEI and Recruitment.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in an operational HR environment, either in a HR Partner or HR Generalist role within a fast paced, highly ambiguous environment.
- Experience of complex Employee Relations, Works Councils and Compliance across multiple countries in Europe, (ideally UK, France, Germany or Spain) and/or APAC, balancing the legal requirements with overall business needs.
- Able to deliver results in a complex and fast paced, global organization.
- Expertise in navigating within highly ambiguous situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working in a virtual environment.
- Strong Team player and able to both be tactical and strategic as needed.
- Ability to look for solutions and independently drive initiatives.
- Strong networking skills and ambition to grow.
- Strong IT and HRIS skills.
