Player Experience Knowledge Manager
Player Experience is responsible for the overall health and happiness of Epic\'s players across all consumer products within the Epic Games ecosystem. The organization partners closely with internal and external stakeholders, driving innovation and continuous improvement for all Epic\'s players.
What You\'ll Do
The Knowledge Manager is responsible for evangelizing KCS, coaching others on KCS practices, and maintaining the knowledge base for a growing team of 1300+ vendors handling player questions and issues. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing KCS coaching to colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing, and acting as the source of truth for the Knowledge Centered Service program.
- Creating, editing, and publishing knowledge articles, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant, and collaborating with Training Managers to align content with training materials.
- Analyzing feedback for continuous improvement, performing quality audits, and conducting trend analysis to identify gaps or updates needed.
- Managing knowledge management projects, supporting and configuring the Knowledge Management System to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborating with project teams for launches, supporting skill development, and aligning workflows with organizational goals.
- Owning Knowledge Management KPIs, providing insights through reports and presentations to leadership.
- Providing backup support for the Training Manager and ensuring successful implementation of knowledge strategies.
Qualifications include:
- 4+ years in knowledge management; KCS Practices Certified
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems, Knowledge Base software, CRMs, and authoring tools like Captivate, iSpring, and Articulate
- Strong skills in creating training materials and delivering presentations
- Excellent writing and coaching abilities, with SEO knowledge
- Agility in adapting to new projects and working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage projects independently and support team objectives
- Understanding of video games and gamification is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive online content is a plus
