Duties & Responsibilities
- The role will include carrying out full lifecycle ERP implementations.
- ERP experience is a prerequisite, and candidates with experience in one of our solutions would be preferred.
- Analysis, design, implementation, training and support.
- Documentation throughout all project phases, data migration strategy and execution, project go-live cut over and post go-live support.
- Map customers’ information flow between systems and/or processes.
- Identifying bottlenecks, reducing manual data intervention, avoiding unnecessary data capture and/or work effort duplication.
- The focus is on re-engineering both practical and efficient operational processes that technology can underpin.
- As a senior team member, you would also be required from time to time to assist in pre-sales activities like demos, project scoping and costing.
- Collaboration with team members from various departments within the business is key.
- Communicate pertinent information between management, staff and stakeholders.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to project team members, being jointly responsible for the success and profitability of the project together with the Consulting Team Lead.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- BCom/BEng/BSC degrees preferred. B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) minimum. Equivalent Bachelor's degrees may be considered.
- Analytical and logical thinker.
- Team player.
- Detail oriented and recognizing the necessity of adhering to deadlines.
- Microsoft SQL would be advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft Excel.
- Minimum of 5 years ERP Industry experience (full implementation projects is a pre-requisite).
- 3 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations.
- Proven experience as a senior consultant.
