Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Delivery Manager to join the Employee Managed Services (EMS) team at EPI-USE, which provides outsourced payroll services to enterprises on SAP payroll and SAP SuccessFactors technology.

As a Service Delivery Manager in the EMS bureau team, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with clients
  • Preparing for and conducting service review meetings including Quarterly Business reviews
  • Monitoring Service Level Agreement performance
  • Being a point of contact in escalations for service-related issues

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and convey attentiveness and helpfulness towards clients. They must have a strength in interpreting and presenting data, including Key Performance Indicator and Service Level Agreement data, Management Information, during service review meetings. You will be expected to maintain confidentiality at all times, comply with data protection (GDPR) legislation and carry out any reasonable duties as requested by line management.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • At least 2 years of technology service delivery experience
  • Client relationship management, and ability to proactively offer solutions
  • Ability to work to agreed deadlines and adapt to change
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Capable of building relationships
  • Ability to grow the business
  • Knowledge of – GDPR and data protection laws

Desirable:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Payroll knowledge
  • SAP knowledge
  • Relevant experience of working in a busy multi-client environment
  • Looking to progress a diverse career
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
