The role is for an SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant who bridges functional and technical SAP expertise, and who will consult on regional projects.
Responsibilities
- Act as consultant on SAP HCM transformation projects and software.
- Explain the SAP data model and its implementation.
- Support the resourcing and staffing office and coordinate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Obtain and maintain Security Check (SC) / Developed Vetting (DV) clearance and meet the associated nationality and residency requirements.
Experience and skills
- SAP Technical HCM experience.
- Demonstrable experience of working a minimum of four SAP Project lifecycles.
- Confidence in delivering new or existing solutions, using consulting skills to build whatever solution is needed.
Desirable skills
- ABAP experience (read, debug).
- Ability to travel long distance when required.
- Experience working in SAP migration projects, ideally including S/4HANA / HCM (Payroll / Success Factors).
