About Us: EPG Security Systems Ltd is a trusted, family-run business established in 1988. We specialise in the installation and maintenance of high-quality electronic security systems, including Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms, Access Control, and Automated Gates. Based in Crewe, we serve clients both locally and throughout the UK.
The Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Security Systems Engineer to join our growing service team. This is a varied and hands-on role involving the installation, maintenance, and servicing of a range of electronic security systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and service Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms, Access Control Systems, and Automated Gates.
- Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service while working on-site.
- Participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours support.
- Complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the security systems industry.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Must pass full security screening (in line with industry regulations).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
