As a Trainee Sales Executive, youll learn the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to closing deals, while working on high-quality conferences and exhibitions. You will be selling delegate passes and sponsorship packages to senior decision-makers across the Oil & Gas and New energy industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation Research and identify potential delegates and sponsors within target markets.
- Outbound Sales Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to promote event participation.
- Relationship Building Develop rapport with clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored event solutions.
- Sales Cycle Management Support the sales process from initial contact through to contract completion.
- Collaboration Working directly with the Sales/Event Directors and event production teams to align sales strategies with event goals.
- Reporting Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales updates to managementโฆ
