Key Responsibilities:

  • Client & Candidate Relationship Building: Engage with both clients and candidates to create lasting partnerships.
  • Account Development: Work from our in-house company database to develop and expand existing client accounts.
  • Vacancy Advertising & Marketing: Effectively advertise job openings to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Headhunting: Proactively search for and identify candidates that align with your clients' needs.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate competitive fees with clients and successfully close deals.
  • Job Offer Management: Oversee the offer process, ensuring a smooth and successful placement.
