Junior Recruitment Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Engineering and Technical Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in London Bridge.\\n\\nAs a trainee recruitment consultant you will be given responsibility and opportunity to develop your own clients from the companies database building relations and achieving company goals. Through success you will be given the opportunity to quickly progress in to a senior level and help to company grow the recruitment side of the business. Previous recruitment or sales experience is not essential as we will provide one to one training and you will receive all of the tools necessary to be successful within the company and achieve your goals, as well as becoming experts within the area which you will be recruiting.

As a trainee recruitment consultant you will be responsible for:\\n\\nRelationship building and communicating with both clients and candidates\\nWorking from in house company database and developing accounts\\nAdvertising and Marketing job vacancies\\nResourcing & Headhunting for candidates who meet your clients’ needs\\nNegotiating fees\\nManaging job offers\\nClosing deals\\nRewards:\\n\\nCompetitive Basic Salary\\nWorld Travel\\nUncapped commission structure – OTE £50k in your first year + Bonuses\\n\\nYou\\nEngaging and personable communicator\\nConfident and Outgoing personality\\nHave excelled in extra-curricular activities, e.g. sporting achievements\\nDriven to Succeed and positive attitude\\nMoney motivated\\nProactive individual\\nA graduate in any subject – ideally in an Engineering/Technical subject but not essential.\\nAbove all, you should be proactive, confident, organised, flexible and happy to work in a small team.\\n\\nFor the right person there will be a chance of progression into senior position and becoming part of a successful growing organisation
