Exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in the dynamic world of B2B events. As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll learn the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to closing deals, while working on high-quality conferences and exhibitions. You will be selling delegate passes and sponsorship packages to senior decision-makers across the Oil & Gas and New Energy industries.

Key Responsibilities- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify potential delegates and sponsors within target markets.
- Outbound Sales: Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to promote event participation.
- Relationship Building: Develop rapport with clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored event solutions.
- Sales Cycle Management: Support the sales process from initial contact through to contract completion.
- Collaboration: Work directly with the Sales/Event Directors and event production teams to align sales strategies with event goals.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales updates to management.
- Comprehensive training programme covering sales techniques, negotiation, and industry knowledge.
- Clear progression path into senior sales or account management roles.
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
