Exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in the dynamic world of B2B events. As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll learn the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to closing deals, while working on high-quality conferences and exhibitions. You will be selling delegate passes and sponsorship packages to senior decision-makers across the Oil & Gas and New Energy industries.

Over the years, the business has grown to serve thousands of customers every year across 8 international events held across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia. Committed to providing the best experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify potential delegates and sponsors within target markets.
  • Outbound Sales: Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to promote event participation.
  • Relationship Building: Develop rapport with clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored event solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Support the sales process from initial contact through to contract completion.
  • Collaboration: Work directly with the Sales/Event Directors and event production teams to align sales strategies with event goals.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales updates to management.
