Electronic Production Operative

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/TOOLS Experience • Excellent soldering standards to meet the requirements of the defence sector • Excellent organisational and coordination skills paying particular attention to detail. • Knowledge of tools and instruments of the wiring trade • Ability to work with some supervision • PCB Assembly • Required: 2 years’ experience of wiring • Electronic experience in a manufacturing environment • Cable manufacture and looming • Electrical wiring knowledge • Experience of working to deadlines with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Desirable • Ability to build working relationships quickly and effectively across all levels of an organisation • Ability to communicate effectively to senior staff/managers • Willingness to learn and adapt as tasks required • To want to grow within the team
