EPC Choice — Sales Administrator (EPC, Gas & Electrical Certificates)
Location: Bromley | Full-time, permanent
What you’ll do
- Convert inbound Phone/Email/WhatsApp/SMS enquiries to orders.
- Schedule in Energy Assessors, Gas Engineers and Electricians.
- Maintain CRM ensuring clients and contractors are kept up to date.
What you bring
- Sales admin/booking coordination experience
- Ideally from a Property Management, Trade services, Housing Association or Estate Agency background.
- Clear, confident phone manner.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Landlord Compliance requirements.
- Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft tools and AI.
We are offering
- Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:30 (flex for peaks).
