We are currently recruiting an Apprenticeship position within our Sales Operations Team. The ideal candidate would be looking to study a Business Administration Apprenticeship and will study with a local provider. This role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Commercial Team, with a focus on National Retail, Digital, and Online operations across Northern Europe. Full training will be given.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver administrative and operational support for National Retail, Nordic, and Digital channels.
- Serve as a central liaison for cross-functional coordination within the office.
- Oversee the end-to-end tracking and management of business cases.
- Process retailer orders and ensure timely delivery in accordance with agreed schedules.
- Coordinate delivery bookings via retailer platforms and communicate requirements to the warehouse.
- Monitor warehouse inventory, manage stock movements, and collaborate with third-party logistics providers.
- Prepare and distribute monthly inventory reports.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with retail counterparts; provide secondary support to our account managers.
- Manage customer service inquiries for YouChoose, ensuring timely responses and balanced team workload.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Commercial Team and support ad hoc projects as required.
Additional Duties
- Undertake special assignments, operational support tasks, and reporting activities as directed.
