This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and making things happen across a complex, global organisation. You’ll be responsible for our internal digital presence across Euronet, running our AI Champions Programme, and supporting marketing teams – with collaboration at the heart of everything you do. You’ll work closely with the Global Director of Special Projects, Global Marketing Director and partner with teams across Internal Comms, Marketing, Country Leaders and Business Teams, so the role has strong visibility. The goal is a shared purpose: helping Euronet communicate better, engage more meaningfully with AI, and feel like a connected business regardless of where its people are based. Connecting people, platforms and ideas across a global business!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Managing and developing multiple internal SharePoint sites across Euronet – keeping them current, improving the experience, and building new content and features where they’re needed.
  • Actively gathering news and stories from teams around the world and turning them into content worth reading – you’ll need to be organised and proactive about drawing contributions out of busy people.
  • Supporting other business segments with their own sites – advising, building and improving as a collaborative resource for the wider business.
  • Taking ownership of the AI Champions Programme from its earliest days – refining how it works, building its rhythms and processes, and growing engagement across the business over time.
  • Assigning and supporting AI Champions globally – helping them understand their role, feel connected, and bring their teams along with them.
  • Documenting and sharing good AI use cases – finding real examples from across the business, capturing them clearly, and promoting them in ways that inspire rather than instruct.
  • Being a visible, approachable presence on AI across Euronet – not an authority figure, but a curious and knowledgeable colleague who helps people find their own way in.
  • Be part of the ongoing Collaborative Marketing Virtual Team, working with people across the business to support their individual local marketing needs and support where required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A strong communicator: You make complex or dry topics readable, relevant and worth someone’s time.
  • Comfortable with digital platforms – SharePoint experience is useful, but what matters more is someone who improves a platform rather than just maintains it.
  • Genuinely curious about AI – you use it, you think about it, and you can talk about it in a way that brings people in rather than putting them off.
  • Organised and proactive – you build and maintain a pipeline of content and contributions without needing to be chased, and you keep multiple things moving at once.
  • A natural collaborator – you work well across cultures, time zones and functions, and you build trust easily with people you’ve never met in person.
  • Self‑directed and good at prioritising – there’s a lot in this role, and it needs someone who manages their own time and focus well.

HOW WE WORK

We’re collaborative and direct, and we try to keep things practical. People are trusted to own their area, speak up early if something is off track, and work through problems together rather than letting them sit. Decisions get made through discussion and context, not a lot of ceremony, and we value people who can be clear, constructive and focused on moving the work forward.

If this sounds like the kind of challenge you’re looking for – we’d like to hear from you.
