Are you interested in joining Europe’s fastest growing companies? Do you want to impact the wellbeing of millions of employees? If yes, then keep reading and join us to make an impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you’ll play a key role in boosting everyday wellbeing, at home, at work. Everywhere! Epassi’s purpose is to boost everyday well-being. We are a leading provider of employee benefit solutions across Europe. We were established in Finland in 2007, and in 2008 we were the first company to launch a mobile-payable employee benefit payment solution in Europe. Since then, we have consistently grown, diversifying our products and introducing our services into new markets. Epassi has been awarded by the Financial Times as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe on multiple occasions.

Your mission at Epassi: As a Senior Product Manager for Infrastructure, you will own the roadmap for the internal and external developer experience at Epassi — ensuring that engineering teams across all Epassi markets can build, deploy, and debug with speed and confidence. You’ll work as part of our platform product team alongside other product managers, collaborating closely with engineering and infrastructure to deliver the tooling, APIs, and platform services that power how Epassi’s products are built and operated.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Run discovery with dev teams across all Epassi countries to identify real deployment and debugging friction.
  • Own the platform infrastructure backlog — what gets built, for which teams, in what order — with clear, documented rationale.
  • Define developer experience metrics: deployment frequency, time-to-debug, and service onboarding time — not just uptime.
  • Own product decisions for the notifications service, email templates, API contracts, and feature flag service.
  • Write business cases for platform investments and support the Head of Product on strategy.
  • Understand infrastructure concepts — latency, funnels, service architecture — well enough to identify where they create developer friction and translate that into actionable product decisions.

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Drive adoption over delivery — platform tooling is actively used by the teams it was built for. Shipped features without adoption are failures.
  • Move DX metrics — measurable improvement in deployment frequency, time-to-debug, and onboarding time across pilot teams.
  • Build a trusted backlog — teams across all Epassi countries understand prioritisation decisions and rarely push back as arbitrary.
  • Expand rollout on schedule — phased expansion from pilot services proceeds without major adoption failures or rollbacks.
  • Make ownership unambiguous — each platform surface has a clear decision log, versioning policy, and no confusion about who decides what.

What you’ll be doing (daily):

  • Lead and guide product development teams to deliver high-value features and platform elements.
  • Define and refine business and technical requirements with stakeholders, balancing value, cost, and quality.
  • Build and maintain a well-prioritised product backlog and collaborate with teams to create executable release plans.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an agile/Scrum environment.
  • Share insights and best practices to continuously improve innovation processes.

What you should bring:

  • Relevant technical degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.), e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, platform development, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience leading teams or projects in agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proven track record in product management, ideally in a platform or infrastructure context.
  • Experience defining and refining business and technical requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Background in managing product backlogs and building executable release plans.
  • Experience presenting to senior leaders of a company.

Your track record:

  • Proven track record in platform or infrastructure product management, with clear examples of improving developer experience at scale.
  • Experience managing end-to-end product cycles from discovery through adoption.
  • Background in driving measurable outcomes through data-driven prioritisation.
  • Familiarity with agile/Scrum methodologies and process frameworks.
  • Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude and how they can enhance product management workflows and decision-making.

Your competency profile:

  • Customer-focused mindset: passionate about building secure, scalable products for both internal and external users.
  • Analytical rigour: structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving with strong attention to outcomes.
  • Communication & collaboration: able to align diverse stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-growing environment.
  • Growth mindset: continuously learning, sharing knowledge, and driving improvement across teams.
  • Adaptability: willingness to travel as required across European locations.

Why You Should Join Us: Be part of an ambitious growth journey and join a global community of driven, bold, entrepreneurial, yet humble Epassians in a company that is constantly evolving.
