Your mission
In your Product Marketing Manager role your mission is to define and deliver clear, compelling product positioning and messaging across B2B, B2C and partner audiences. You will ensure Epassi UK’s products and value propositions are effectively communicated through content, campaigns and digital experiences to drive pipeline generation, product adoption and upsell growth, while maintaining consistent execution aligned with business priorities.
Your responsibilities
- Define and execute product positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans across B2B, B2C and partner audiences
- Act as the owner of Epassi UK’s product messaging and value propositions
- Lead the content function, manage team members and ensure high-quality, well-prioritised output
- Own product-led web experiences, including employee- and merchant-facing product pages
- Ensure consistent content execution aligned with business and growth priorities
- Support sales, customer success and partnerships with effective enablement materials
- Partner closely with Product, Growth, Performance, Sales, CS and Partnerships teams

- Equip Sales, CS and Partnership teams with the right materials to support acquisition, adoption and upsell
- Ensure B2B and B2C content supports demand generation and product adoption
- Maintain accurate, conversion-optimised product website pages
- Build and lead a content team that delivers high-quality output on time
- Successfully launch new products, features and enhancements
What you’ll be doing (daily)
- Defining and refining value propositions for HR & Benefits professionals, employees, merchants and partners
- Translating product features into customer-centric narratives and use cases
- Managing and developing B2B and B2C content specialists
- Leading product launches, enhancements and new offering campaigns
- Partnering with Growth and Performance teams to activate product content across paid, owned and partner channels
- Supporting upsell and adoption campaigns through targeted messaging
- Owning and managing product-related website pages and content
- Creating and maintaining sales, CS and partner enablement materials
- Working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, CS, Partnerships and Growth teams
What you should bring
- 3-5 years’ experience in product marketing or B2B SaaS marketing
- A degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience owning or contributing to website and product pages
- Demonstrated people management experience
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS buyer journeys and B2C engagement
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Asana and Google Analytics
