Join one of Europe’s fastest‑growing wellbeing tech companies. Are you ready to step into the next role in your marketing career? Do you want to see the real‑world impact of your work on people’s everyday wellbeing? At Epassi, you’ll join a fast‑paced, friendly, and ambitious environment where your work genuinely matters. You’ll be trusted with responsibility, supported by experienced teammates, and encouraged to learn quickly as we continue to grow across Europe.
Epassi’s purpose is to boost everyday wellbeing. We’re a leading provider of employee benefit solutions, helping people get more value from daily life through simple, digital experiences. Founded in Finland in 2007, we were the first company in Europe to launch a mobile‑payable employee benefit solution, and we’ve been growing ever since, expanding our products and entering new markets. In the UK, we work closely with employers and HR teams to support employee wellbeing through flexible, easy‑to‑use benefit solutions that drive engagement, retention, and long‑term impact.
Your mission at Epassi: As our Demand Generation & Growth Specialist, you’ll help shape how we attract, engage, and convert HR and Benefits decision‑makers into meaningful revenue opportunities. Rather than focusing on one channel or tactic, you’ll own the full journey from first touch to qualified pipeline, with clear visibility into the impact of your work on business growth. You’ll join at an exciting moment as we continue to scale, giving you the space to influence strategy, experiment, and build campaigns that genuinely move the needle. Supported by a strong team across Performance and Content, this role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and gives you the chance to make your mark.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Take ownership of our end‑to‑end demand generation strategy across key markets, industries, and segments
- Design and execute high‑impact, multi‑channel campaigns across paid media, email, social, and events
- Shape compelling messaging and positioning in partnership with Product Marketing
- Drive continuous improvement across landing pages and conversion journeys
- Build and optimise lead nurture and lifecycle programmes in HubSpot
- Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality, pipeline progression, and revenue outcomes
- Own the commercial success of events, roundtables, and field marketing initiatives
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
- Consistently generate qualified pipeline that converts into revenue
- Improve funnel performance — from conversion rates to lead quality and speed to close
- Launch campaigns that align tightly with sales priorities and market needs
- Use data and insight to test, learn, and scale what works
- Are seen as a trusted growth partner by Sales and Marketing stakeholders
What you’ll be doing (daily):
- Designing, launching, and optimising campaigns across multiple channels
- Writing and refining campaign copy for emails, landing pages, ads, and LinkedIn
- Collaborating with Product Marketing and Content to bring campaigns to life
- Reviewing performance metrics and translating insights into action
- Building and improving nurture journeys and lifecycle flows in HubSpot
- Partnering with Sales to review pipeline quality and campaign impact
- Coordinating with specialists while retaining ownership of outcomes
What you should bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing
- A strong grasp of B2B funnels, pipeline metrics, and conversion optimisation
- Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Asana
- Confidence running campaigns end‑to‑end — from idea to execution to optimisation
- A bias for action, with the curiosity to test and improve continuously
Your track record:
- Delivering campaigns that generate pipeline, not just leads
- Owning initiatives end‑to‑end and being accountable for outcomes
- Improving conversion rates, lead quality, or revenue contribution
- Working cross‑functionally with Sales and Marketing to achieve shared goals
Your competency profile:
- Commercial ownership: You care deeply about impact, outcomes, and revenue
- Strategic mindset: You understand how channels, messaging, and funnel stages connect
- Hands‑on execution: You’re comfortable building, launching, testing, and iterating yourself
- Collaboration: You thrive in cross‑functional teams and value shared success
- Analytical thinking: You use data to guide decisions and prioritisation
- Creative problem‑solving: You enjoy finding smarter, more effective ways to drive growth
