Do you want to shape how a fast-growing, award-winning company speaks to its market? At Epassi, you will join a friendly, ambitious team where your work genuinely matters. You will be trusted with real responsibility, supported by experienced colleagues and given the space to do your best work as we continue to grow across Europe.
Epassi’s purpose is to boost everyday well-being. We are a leading provider of employee benefit solutions across Europe. We were established in Finland in 2007, and in 2008 we were the first company to launch a mobile-payable employee benefit payment solution in Europe. Since then, we have consistently grown, diversifying our products and introducing our services into new markets. In the UK, we work closely with employers and HR teams to support employee wellbeing through flexible, easy-to-use benefit solutions that drive engagement, retention and long-term impact.
We are currently hiring a B2B Content Marketing Manager to join our UK team, based at our Haywards Heath office on a hybrid basis. This role is suited to someone already working at marketing manager level with a solid track record in B2B content in employee benefits. We are looking for a confident, experienced professional who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
Your mission at Epassi is to create and deliver compelling, insight-led content that builds brand authority and supports pipeline growth. You will position Epassi UK and Zest as the leading voices in employee wellbeing and benefits. You will bring strategic thinking and outstanding writing craft to everything you produce, ensuring every piece of content earns its place and drives a clear outcome.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Planning, creating and managing a diverse range of content formats across both Zest and Epassi UK, including blogs, whitepapers, guides, webinars, case studies and product videos.
- Developing and owning a B2B content calendar aligned with marketing and commercial objectives.
- Writing and editing high-quality, SEO-optimised content for HR professionals and employee benefits decision-makers.
- Creating blog posts that build brand trust and move prospects through the funnel.
- Supporting brand messaging and tone of voice across all B2B communications.
- Conducting industry research to identify content gaps, emerging topics and thought leadership opportunities.
- Collaborating with digital and performance marketing specialists to ensure content supports SEO, PPC and lead generation goals.
- Ensuring all content is optimised for search and user engagement using tools such as SEMrush.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to gather insights and customer stories.
- Producing content that supports the partner network, including benefit providers, gyms and health assessment providers.
- Flexing into B2C content support when needed.
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
- Deliver consistently high-quality content that is on-brand, on-brief and on time.
- Build a B2B content programme that visibly supports pipeline development and thought leadership.
- Grow organic traffic, improve keyword rankings and increase content-driven lead generation.
- Earn trust as a reliable content partner for Sales and the wider marketing team.
- Bring creative and strategic thinking to every brief rather than simply executing tasks.
- Adapt quickly when priorities shift and maintain quality under pressure.
- Continuously evaluate content performance and adapt your approach based on data.
What you should bring:
- Ideally 2+ years' experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within HR tech, SaaS, health or employee benefits sectors.
- Outstanding copywriting ability. You write with clarity, precision and persuasion and you genuinely love the craft.
- A strategic thinker who understands how content connects to commercial objectives.
- Proven ability to write and edit high-quality, SEO-optimised content for HR and benefits audiences.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, buyer journeys and lead generation best practices.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush to guide content optimisation.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana to manage workload and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- A confident self-starter who can manage their own workload and prioritise effectively.
Why You Should Join Us:
- Fast-growing international company with a meaningful mission.
- Comprehensive and flexible benefits package.
