Epassi’s purpose is to boost everyday wellbeing. We are a leading provider of employee benefit solutions across Europe. We’re looking for a Creative Consultant to join our UK team, based in Haywards Heath.

Your Mission at Epassi

Epassi’s Zest platform helps organisations build employee portals that people actually want to use. As a Creative Consultant you own the visual and experiential design of those portals — from the first discovery workshop with a client through to every image, animation and video that brings the experience to life.

What You Will Own

  • Lead the full creative lifecycle for client portal projects — from design discovery through to final asset delivery — across multiple concurrent engagements.
  • Translate client brand identity and stakeholder input into compelling, on-platform portal experiences.
  • Build and curate a growing internal library of reusable templates, design components and assets that raises efficiency across the delivery team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the creative delivery process and overall client experience.
  • Ensure all creative work complies with information security, data protection and intellectual property requirements.

What You Will Do Day‑to‑Day

  • Facilitate remote design workshops with client stakeholders to capture brand guidelines, creative preferences and portal objectives.
  • Produce detailed wireframes and visual concepts mapping portal structure, widget layout, imagery zones and interactive elements within the Zest platform.
  • Design and produce on‑brand digital assets: hero images, background graphics, banners, icons and other portal imagery.
  • Script, source, edit and optimise video and motion content for use in portal video and movie background widgets.
  • Work with stock libraries, AI‑assisted generation tools and third‑party resources to source and adapt visual content within licensing constraints.
  • Hand off completed assets and design specifications to the Project Consultant for portal configuration, with clear guidance on placement and intent.
  • Attend project meetings to present design concepts and incorporate client and stakeholder feedback.
  • Conduct design reviews prior to portal launch to verify visual quality and brand accuracy.
  • Deliver client training sessions covering image updates, video uploads and widget customisation.
  • Document creative decisions, brand guidelines and asset inventories per client for use at renewal.

What You Bring To Be Successful With Us

  • Proven ability to independently facilitate creative workshops or discovery sessions with stakeholders to elicit requirements and set visual direction.
  • Strong experience producing wireframes, design mockups and asset specification.
  • Proficiency in digital imagery and graphics creation using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or comparable tools.
  • Experience producing or editing video content for digital platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent.
  • Comfortable working with AI‑assisted creative tools and stock image/video libraries to source and adapt content efficiently.
  • Solid understanding of brand consistency, typography, layout and colour theory as applied to digital interfaces.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, UX/UI Design or a related discipline is preferred — but equivalent demonstrated experience is equally welcome.

Your Track Record

  • Contributed to or led the design phase of client or stakeholder projects from brief to delivery, on time, in close collaboration with project and client stakeholders.
  • Facilitated or co‑facilitated client design workshops and produced wireframe sets, and delivered creative work across a portfolio of projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Built or contributed to a shared asset or template library that improved team efficiency.

Your Language Profile

  • English: Fluent — client‑facing written and verbal communication is a core part of the role.

Your Competency Profile

  • Creative Ownership: You take full pride in the quality of your output and hold yourself to a high visual standard across every deliverable.
  • Client Clarity: You can present creative concepts confidently and clearly in virtual settings, and translate subjective client feedback into concrete design decisions.
  • Collaborative Drive: You work closely with Project Consultants, clients and internal stakeholders to turn a shared vision into a finished, on‑brand portal.
  • Self‑Direction: You take ownership of your creative work, proactively communicate progress to your Project Consultant partner, and make confident decisions within a collaborative delivery structure.
  • Resourcefulness: You produce high‑quality creative work efficiently within platform and tooling constraints, making the most of what is available.
  • Platform Curiosity: You have a genuine interest in employee experience and digital engagement, and understand the role great design plays in driving platform adoption.
